Position Profile • The Director of Care
Management will provide overall direction for case
management, utilization review, discharge planning
and managed care
• Oversees 16 FTEs
• Reports to the Vice
President of Medical Affairs
• Qualified candidates
will have a bachelor's degree; master's preferred
with a minimum of five years of case management
leadership experience
