The Position

The Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for the oversight of the hospital's main, brand new, state-of-the-art, 18-room operating suite, the 4- room ambulatory surgery center as well as sterile processing with an annual volume of approximately 15,000 cases.

Will oversee 196 FTEs with the assistance of 10 direct reports.

Qualified candidates will be master's prepared, seasoned leaders who are focused on customer service, fiscally responsible, visible and proactive professionals. The ability to function independently within a complex surgical services department a must.
