Position
•Reports directly to the Vice President of Patient Care Services
•Maintains complete responsibility for the clinical and administrative operations within a 16-bed department which includes nine fast-track beds and handles more than 44,000 patients on an annual basis
•Ideal candidates will be clinically competent, as well as posses strong communication, relationship building, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.

HOSPITAL
•A 260-bed, not-for-profit, Joint Commission accredited community hospital with Level III trauma designation, that is part of a larger network
•Currently designing a 4,000 square foot expansion, with plans for a brand new facility within the next seven years
•Supports a primary service area of over 140,000 people in Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties, providing a broad spectrum of services including medical, surgical, obstetric, orthopedic, pediatric, and mental health services

•This city, with a population of approximately 16,000, is located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, and is 90 miles from Washington, D. C. and Baltimore, Maryland
