Director, Cypress Regional Hospital

Reporting to the Executive Director, Health Services, the Director Cypress Regional Hospital is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, directing and evaluating all clinical services in the Cypress Regional Hospital. The Director will provide leadership in the area of quality and will collaborate with other Directors and Managers on the overall direction and supervision of client care. This position is a permanent full time position located in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing or other related health discipline coupled with work experience in a wide variety of clinical settings
- A minimum five years managerial or supervisory experience in an acute healthcare setting
- Previous experience managing in a unionized work environment
- Demonstrated ability to implement best practice approaches in clinical delivery models
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, organizational and communication skills
- Must demonstrate initiative and be self-motivated
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with many individuals and groups including staff, physicians, unions and the general public
