RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and implement Critical Care and Emergency service lines.
- Coordinate orientation, education and training of nursing associates.
- Provide quality nursing care.
- Maintain key relationships with clinical, administrative and community leaders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing from an accredited school.
- At least seven years of healthcare experience.
- Five or more years of supervisory experience.
- Ability to develop budgets, and implement short- and long-term strategic objectives.
