Indiana resulted in this now well-established, leading
multi-specialty practice. Today the practice, which
numbers more than 60 providers is recruiting for a
COO.
Founded in 1978, this physician-owned multi-specialty
practice in Northwest Indiana serves the community
with 60 physicians and mid-level providers in 10 locations.
Specialties include Allergy, Dermatology, Endocrinology,
Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, OB/GYN, Pediatrics,
Pulmonary Medicine and Rheumatology. In addition to
owning an ambulatory surgery center, the Practice provides
ancillary services including laboratory, imaging (including
CT, MRI, Ultrasound, densitometry, and xray), physical
therapy, sleep, pharmacy as well as office-based and
home infusion services.
The Chief Operating
Officer reports directly to the CEO and serves as a
key member of the senior team. S/he is responsible
for overseeing and directing all clinical operations;
facilities development & management and, for the
ideal candidate with a law degree, providing oversight
and direction for the organization's legal work.
A
bachelors degree is required; an advanced degree in
business/healthcare management or related discipline
is desired. The successful candidate will receive a
