Partnership opportunity for foot/ankle surgeon
in new full-service musculoskeletal facility

Orthopaedics, PS is a new group formed by four orthopaedic
surgeons who have been in practice in Kitsap County
for 4-16 years. The group built a new facility in Silverdale,
WA to offer full-service musculoskeletal care. The
facility has digital radiography, MRI, and DEXA as
well as EMR. Physical Therapy, Hand Therapy, Orthotics
and Prosthetics, Medical Equipment Retail, and an espresso
bar have been incorporated into the building design.
The
new facility and associated services will operate most
efficiently with 6 orthopaedic surgeons. BE/BC ABOS
required. Ankle and foot fellowship trained specialist
preferred. Partnership track 1-3 years, with buy-in
based upon appraised assets. Call rotation is 1:6 with
ED call coverage. Additional specialists will also
be recruited to improve the case management of the
practice. These include occupational medicine, neurology,
and mid-level providers to support the facility after-hours
and for urgent visits. The Kitsap County orthopaedic
market studies indicate there is a substantial need
for orthopaedic providers who offer this type of full-service
and highly specialized practice.

Harrison Medical Center is the busiest medical
center in Kitsap, north Mason, Clallam and Jefferson
Counties. Only other local medical center in Bremerton
is the Bremerton Naval Hospital. Harrison Medical Center
is a non-profit community hospital. New ED, radiation
oncology, and a cardiac surgery center developed in
conjunction with the UofW. Harrison is currently on
three campuses including main campus in E. Bremerton,
women's and childrens and diagnostic services in Silverdale,
and an outpatient/primary care clinic in Port Orchard.
All specialties with the exception of neurosurgery.
Trauma patients are airlifted to Harborview, the regional
Trauma 1 center. Collegial medical and nursing staff
