The Clinical Operations Manager (Cardiac Monitored Unit) is a first line management position. The Manager has 24-hour responsibility for the coordination of care for patients and families of the assigned unit(s). The incumbent shall plan, organize, direct and evaluate people and activities for the Cardiac Monitored Unit to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care. The manager has fiscal responsibility for resources that are defined during the budget process. The position is accountable for scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining the resources necessary on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Current California RN license, Baccalaureate degree in nursing or in a related healthcare field preferred, 3 years of active nursing practice in an area of similar clinical expertise and strong prior nursing leadership experience preferred.
