ECI, the nation's premier, privately owned emergency staffing and management company for over 35 years, is currently seeking full and part-time physicians to work at Northern Louisiana Medical Center in Ruston, Louisiana.

Northern Louisiana Medical Center (NLMC) has been serving the communities of north central Louisiana for more than 50 years. This 159-bed facility has more than 100 physicians on staff and 640 dedicated hospital employees. Services ranging from a cancer center, a cardiac center, a pediatric unit, and an inpatient/outpatient surgery center make NLMC the leading healthcare facility in the area. Most physician specialties are represented, with the exception of neurosurgery and cardio-thoracic surgery. The 15-bed Emergency Department has 7 private beds and sees an annual patient volume of 25,000 with a 14% admission rate. Patients with serious trauma, less than 2% of total census, are transferred out by helicopter.

Ruston, Louisiana - home of Louisiana Tech University, is located in Lincoln Parish between Shreveport and Monroe. The bustling community of 20,000 residents enjoys all the activities and natural amenities that north central Louisiana offers. One of the best mountain bike trails in the south, Lincoln Parish Park, and 10 other parks in Ruston, all let you enjoy and explore your surroundings. Candidates must be residency-trained, board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine or a Primary Care specialty with extensive Emergency Medicine experience.

All physicians are Limited Liability Partners of Northern Louisiana Emergency Physicians, LLP. Physician partners have the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan. An insurance package at preferred group rates, which includes health, prescription, dental, vision, and life, is available via payroll deduction. Physician partners are provided secure, immediate malpractice coverage, including unlimited tail coverage. Free Category One CME courses are also available online.
