Job Details: Registered Nurse Case Manager

Description: The Army Medical Command is seeking civilian Registered Nurse Case Managers that are highly motivated and experienced providers in treating patients diagnosed with substance abuse disorders.
You will serve as a clinical and administrative Nurse Case Manager for Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Ft. Hood, city of Killeen, Texas with primary responsibility for coordinating, monitoring, administering and evaluating the effectiveness of inpatient and outpatient Case Management activities for the hospital's military affiliated patients and for all civilian emergencies. You will provides written reports to the Case Management Coordinator as required including appropriate data collected, aggregated, analyzed, and opportunities to improve clinical resource utilization. This includes client/family assessment, plan of care development, implementation, documentation and evaluation. You will make recommendations to ensure patients receive medically necessary, appropriate care, in the appropriate clinical setting.
