Position Information

The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the executive direction of nursing services with approximately 600 FTEs and 7 direct reports.

Qualified candidates will be master's prepared with previous experience in a nursing leadership role. Candidates who are patient centered, visible, and self motivated will be most successful.

Ideal candidates will have a vision for patient care services, dedication to quality outcomes and staff education, and an open communication style. Experience with EMR implementation a plus.
