This individual will direct and monitor safety initiatives developed to incorporate recommendations of agencies such as IHI, Joint Commission, OMH, and DOH to evaluate effectiveness and outcomes of patient care. In this role you will develop and analyze patient safety indicators, identify risk reduction strategies and training, promote performance improvement initiatives to improve processes and outcomes of patient care, and direct and monitor preparation and related activities for the Joint Commission accreditation.
