Providence Medical Center, a Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System facility located in Kansas City, KS, sees 36,000 patients annually through the Emergency Department. ED staff currently use electronic T-sheets, and will soon have a completely-renovated department.

Due to continued growth, The Covenant Group, LLC, seeks board-certified physicians to join them in staffing this busy ED. Open 24 hours daily, Emergency Medicine physicians provide double coverage alongside mid-level providers, and work 12-, 10- and 9-hour shifts. At 45 hours of physician coverage daily, the average patient flow is 1.8 per physician per hour.
