Description: Gundersen Lutheran is currently seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
Gundersen Lutheran is currently seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) is responsible for the clinical management of the infants in the NICU in conjunction with the Neonatologist. The NNP interfaces with nursing personnel by developing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the interdisciplinary team. The NNP is accountable to the Neonatologist for clinical management of NICU patients and is accountable to the Administrative Director for interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies, standard and guidelines.
