Description: HCA HEALTHCARE
The position will be responsible for developing, directing, implementing, optimizing and measuring all facility-based supply chain operations which includes development, successful implementation and tracking of the OR project for HCA. This position is also responsible for continuing to develop and implement efficiencies (optimize labor and processes) for Facility Supply Chain and integration of the O.R. operating model

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for working with Corporate Supply Chain IT&S to develop and Implement POU Technology for the Operating Room/Facilities

2. Work to ensure consistent implementation of the Supply Chain Operating Room - operating platform, which includes, identification/implementation of best practices, implementation and development of standardized policy and procedures.

3. Responsible for operating performance and optimization of all supply chain facility operations.

4. Responsible for the company's strategic plan for improving facility functions and productivity.

5. Monitors facility Supply Chain Operating Room -operating platform project plans to ensure timely implementation.

6. Responsible for facility based supply chain customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction system.

7. Works with Supply Chain Systems to design and deploy new supply chain technology in facilities.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Extensive knowledge of healthcare and facility-based supply chain operations, demonstrated leadership skills. Knowledge of facility receiving, distribution and point of use. Possess good presentation skills and Excellent oral and written skills. Has experience in managing people in changing environment.
