Description: Covenant HealthCare is looking for a Physical Therapist for our Occupational Health facility in Midland, MI.
This Therapist will be
working at a Per Diem status with a rate of $40.00 per hour.

The primary responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include: evaluation
of patients and coordination of the plan of care; collaboration with the
patient care team; patient education; ensuring patient safety, and timely
discharge planning. The Physical Therapist must be able to interact
appropriately with families, and also performs other duties as assigned by
the clinic manager.

You must be a Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy; current licensure of Board of Physical Therapy registration; current licensure of the State of Michigan. Previous experience of 3-5 years preferred. Member of APTA, MPTA.
