Terrific career making opportunity for a Vice President of Patient Services / Chief Nursing Officer. Our client is a 270 bed acute care not for profit regional medical center, with over 100 years of service to its West Virginia community. At this market leading hospital, nursing plays the pivotal role in delivering quality care, patient safety, and service. A nursing executive with prior record of accomplishment in enhancing quality, and of working effectively with nursing colleagues, physicians and other senior leaders while managing costs in a creative manner, is sought. This position reports to the CEO. The hospital is financially stable and has a stable non union work force and executive leadership team.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in nursing or relevant field
• Seven years of senior nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital
• Three years as a CNO /VP Patient Services or similar
• Prior experience in minimum 150 bed hospital and 45,000 patient days
