Description: Our client seeks a BE/BC Pediatrician to meet the needs of a fast-growing medical community.
This is a stable practice that is committed to supporting the new physician so they can be assured of a balanced lifestyle. The need for a permanent pediatrician is driven by the recent addition of two OB/GYNs, that have increased the volume and acuity of newborns served in the city. Additionally, a recent physician manpower study indicates a significant need for a full-time pediatrician.

Position

• 4-day workweek
• Office hours 8-5; the group offers evening and Saturday hours which the pediatrician can complement
• Call frequency is optional and mostly by phone from home
• Full time emergency physicians and hospitalists provide excellent back up coverage

• 2-year income guarantee
