32 hr/wk opportunity to join our dynamic team
of Home Health Occupational Therapists at PeaceHealth
Sacred Heart Medical Center.
Duties include
the evaluation and treatment of physical and psychosocial
dysfunction using creative, manual, recreational, industrial,
educational, social and self-help activities to assist
home health patients in gaining optimal levels of physical
function and/or mental responses; utilizes the professional
health care process of assessment, problem identification/planning,
action/intervention and clinical/outcome evaluation.
Candidates must be a graduate of an Occupational
Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council
on Medical Education of the American Medical Association
and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Current Oregon licensure or eligibility required. Two
years experience in as an OT required, with home health
and/or geriatric experience preferred.
