urologists to join a group of 4 due to retirement and
growth. Interest/training in laparoscopy or female
urology attractive. From day one, you will enjoy a
resident-supported call rotation of 1:4, with plans
to improve to 1:6 when fully staffed. Berkshire Medical
Center is a 307-bed, acute care, community teaching
hospital located in 'The Berkshires' - an area in western
Massachusetts known worldwide for its scenic and cultural
attractions. It is a major teaching affiliate of the
University of Massachusetts Medical School and offers
graduate medical education programs, including General
Surgery. A multi-million-dollar investment in a new
surgical wing at Berkshire Medical Center has created
9 operating rooms of the future, each equipped with
the most advanced technology available at any hospital,
anywhere in the country. Berkshire Medical Center is
designated as the region's Level II Trauma Center and
serves a diverse population from Massachusetts, New
York, Vermont and Connecticut.
