Description: 14 doc Ft Worth Group expanding for growth reason, looking for non-interventional- cardiologist who likes 1-8 call ratio's and $300,000 the first year in guaranteed Salary plus an incentive that can get you to $450,000+.
Fort Worth Heart , P.A. is a growing 14 M.D. group seeking to add an invasive (non-interventional) to our 10 doctor non-interventional group mix for an ultimate 12-doctor goal. Equal call rotation, salary in the $300,000. range with an incentive based on collections, 2-½ year possible partnership track (MAX $70,000. buy-in estimate), plus all normal benefits, plus staff in place.

Full staffed nuclear & echo lab in the 4 clinics. Group does 250 caths per month, 3000 office visits and consults per month at 5 locations, 4 of which are on site at hospital facilities. Market is 3 major hospitals from 250 beds to 800 beds with open heart programs and cardiology centers of excellence, within ¼ mile of the clinic. This position is a replacement of a very active retiree, scheduled to retire 9-30-2009. Must be on board before August 1, 2009 for continuity of hand off of 3000 patient practice.

Practice is 100% referral based from an 8 county service area.

Ft. Worth is a western flavored city of 800,00 with a county population of 1.3 million and is 1 hour west of Dallas. All the amenities available in the DFW area. Stable economy provides for a financially sound practice community.
