Position Summary: Under supervision of the Physical Therapist, performs treatments and provides exercise instruction and demonstration for patients.

Qualifications:

Education/Licensure: Associate's Degree Program from an accredited school. Physical Therapy Assistant Certification, State of Arizona CPR Certification.

Experience/Skills: One (1) year experience assisting Physical Therapist preferred. Computer literacy; verbal and written communication skills.
