Recognized widely as the Northwest's leading not-for-profit medical center, SMC is overwhelmingly cited by area residents as providing the best patient care. Swedish Medical has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our Employee Health team. If you're an ARNP with experience in occupational medicine, employee health and cutting-edge return to work programs, we would like you to lead SMC to the next level in our approach to employee health and wellness. The successful candidate will coordinate the Employee Health team efforts with those of the Safety, Worker's Compensation and Return to Work Programs, to prevent injuries and illness. Key functions will include new employee health screening, the provision of appropriate vaccines, TB screening, seeing ill or injured employees, prescriptive authority as required and employee assistant program referrals. The ARNP will participate in the training of SMC leadership and management staff, which will include training Employee Health Nurses. Swedish Medical Center is dedicated to providing the highest-quality healthcare for our patients, as well as the best possible work environment for our staff.
