In Spring 2009 CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital
- Westover Hills will combine the latest healthcare
technology with traditional dedication to patient care.
Our 'all digital' hospital will feature the most advanced
equipment in the healthcare field.
The manager is
responsible for all clinical aspects of the rehabilitation
department and oversees the daily operations. The manager
is accountable for the planning, developing, monitoring,
and supervision of the department, therefore ensuring
the delivery of high quality patient care.
A.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited
college or university in the area of Physical Therapy
or Occupational Therapy, or a Master's degree from
an accredited college or university in the area of
Speech Pathology, or Social Work preferred.
B.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 8 years experience that includes
clinical, supervisory and management experience.
C.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: The individual must possess
appropriate licensure from the State of Texas.
D.
EQUIPMENT/SKILLS: The individual must possess good
organization and communication skills as well as a
working knowledge of rehabilitation. The individual
must possess the ability to develop new programs to
include writing and implementation of business plans
for product line development.
Representing
the first and only full-service medical complex in
this part of the city, CSR Westover Hills will provide
women's, newborn, imaging, surgical and critical care
services along with an emergency department and neonatal
care unit.
