The Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the day to day operations of the medical center including nursing services, physical therapy, cardiopulmonary, radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, quality improvement, as well as the medical staff office. This individual will have a dual reporting relationship to the system CNO and the hospital president.

Qualified candidates will be seasoned, master's prepared nursing professionals with previous executive level experience in hospital operations, are financially savvy, and able to motivate others. The ability to strategically plan, develop business, and improve physician relations a must.

Ideal candidates will be visionary, system thinkers who are knowledgeable of the Magnet process, embrace change, and are comfortable within a matrix organization.
