Description: Seeking Pediatric Gastroenterologist for Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics - Tyler, TX!
Trinity Clinic, a not-for-profit, independent 501C under Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics has recently brought on two Neonatologists, Drs. Brenda Morris and Nancy Pusser to transition the NICU at Mother Frances Hospital from a Level II to Level III. With this exciting news, we are now actively recruiting a Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join our staff.

Highlights of our position include:

- Anticipated minimum 135 to 180 newborns who will meet the Level III criteria and many of those requiring a Pediatric Gastroenterology consult

- Instant referrals from Pediatricians who are very supportive of this recruitment. There are 15 Pediatricians and two NPs at the Trinity Clinic and four Pediatricians plus three NPs at our FamilyCARE Centers. In addition, there are 10 independent Pediatricians in Tyler and others in Jacksonville, Kilgore, Henderson and Quitman.

- Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics has a special needs program in place to assist the pediatric sub-specialists. The program is staffed by two nurses who coordinate clinical, social work, DME and other needs/resources

- Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics has recently entered into a partnering relationship with the University of Texas Southwestern and Children's Medical Center allowing our Pediatric Gastroenterologist to have a faculty appointment and collaborate with their staff

- In 1988, Children's Miracle Network designated Mother Frances Hospital as the East Texas region's Children's Miracle Network Hospital enabling us to provide specialized technology and services to the caring of pediatric patients
