Swedish is currently recruiting a Supervisor Noninvasive Cardiology - Noninvasive Cardiology for Multi-Campuses! The Supervisor Noninvasive Cardiology is responsible for the clinical and operational activities of the noninvasive cardiology procedure areas at multiple campuses and centralized heart and vascular scheduling functions on the Providence campus. The candidate will develop, implement, and maintain systems that support operations and patient care, including: assisting with implementation of clinical information systems; direct personnel management; establishing and enforcing standards of patient care; and providing high quality diagnostic noninvasive patient care. Qualified candidates must possess a college degree in the diagnostic ultrasound field; Bachelor's of Science degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound preferred. Registry with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) for adult echo required, along with two years of cardiac scanning experience with adult patients. Previous lead or supervisory experience in similar position required, including personnel supervision. Must have the ability to perform and understand M-Mode, Two-Dimensional, Pulsed and Continuous Wave Doppler, and Color Flow Imaging procedures on all patients. Ability to complete Echo Exams, Stress Echocardiography, and Transesophageal Scanning on adult patients utilizing the current technology is preferred. Strong organizational and planning skills required. Ability to operate, or learn to operate, specific equipment as outlined in defined competencies is necessary to qualify. Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office programs.
