Job Details: CLINICAL NUTRITION MANAGER - NY, NY

Morrison Management Specialists, a premiere food service and clinical nutrition management company, has partnered with a large long-term care facility in Manhattan, NY. Together we are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working Registered Dietitian with long-term care and management experience to oversee the clinical nutrition department.

You will be a key member of the management team and your responsibilities will include directing the functions of clinical nutrition services (such as nutrition assessment, nutrition counseling/consultation, performance improvement, management and education) at this 400 + bed community. Other job duties are based on established goals, objectives, standards, policies and procedures, business initiatives and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in facility contract and client expectation meetings. This position is responsible for achieving results through leading, directing, coaching, training and developing clinical team members. The Clinical Nutrition Manager ensures resident satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources.

Do you have what it takes?
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or registration eligible
At least one (1) year of clinical experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Two (2) - three (3) years of management experience preferred
Able to pass a criminal background test
