New salary incentive with Signing Bonus - Join our Community based Family Medicine Residency Program. Become a Faculty Staff member of NH-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency, this innovative program committed to graduate competent residents prepared to lead change and deliver effective, personal, high quality care. Your program will include 24 family medicine residents (8+8+8) and 2 preventive medicine residents.

You have options to join as a full spectrum family medicine faculty member with teaching and some administrative responsibilities, you may include in your position the practice and supervision of family medicine residents in obstetrics/gynecology or you can join practicing in our 'New Model' concept to focus on an adult only medicine/hospitalist curriculum. Osteopathic training and skills are a plus in this active musculoskeletal curriculum. Opportunity for Medical Informatics (Information Mastery) focus with our established EMR system. Your call will be 1:5 on the weekends and weekday call is once per week, leaving time for your 'life style practice setting'. The faculty is a multispecialty faculty setting, including two obstetrics/gynecological physician/surgeons that provide immediate back up services/supervision in your program and for your students. You will have an academic appointment with the prestigious Dartmouth Medical School. The vision of NH-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency is to practice future models which include: 'Open Access', 'Team Based Approach', Chronic Care Model', exploring 'Group Visits' and always working on 'Quality Improvement'; keeping your students on the cutting edge of family medicine!

Concord Hospital is a state-of-the-art 200+ bed hospital with an open heart program and cancer center, providing a full-spectrum of clinical experiences for your students. Sophisticated electronic records (EMR) give you the ability to check records from the office, the hospital or from home, providing convenience for you and saving you time. The collaborative community of primary care and subspecialist physicians/surgeons supports the residency program. This support gives you the ability to focus on your students and provide the best services to Concord and the surrounding communities.
