Description: Nurse Practitioner Opportunity: Help develop new Level III nursery in East Texas!
We are seeking a nurse practitioner with neonatal experience as Trinity Mother Frances Hospital converts their Level II Neonatal Care to Level III. For candidates with prior Level III experience, opportunity to help develop and lead our exciting new program.

Other highlights of our position include:

- A full staffing model has been approved by the Board of Directors of Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics and community Pediatricians and Obstetricians are very supportive of this initiative

- Currently the majority of these newborns are transferred to Dallas (90 miles away) so the community will be welcoming our Level III Nursery as well

- Our Special Needs Program is already in operation to assist families with the coordination of clinical, social work, DME and other resources

- In 1988, Children's Miracle Network designated Mother Frances Hospital as the East Texas's region's Children's Miracle Network Hospital enabling them to provide specialized technology and services in the caring of pediatric patients

- Mother Frances Hospital is a 390-bed tertiary care facility with state-of-the-art technology (including 3 da Vinci surgical robots)
