We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee the management of practice operations for All Children's Specialty Physicians, the employed physician practice of All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida.

All Children's Specialty Physicians, Inc is comprised of approximately 75 physicians representing more than 13 different specialties including neonatologists, hospitalists, pediatric surgeons, hematologists/oncologists, infectious diseases, and others practicing at several inpatient and outpatient settings. Aggressive physician recruiting goals and practice acquisition/assumption strategies will increase the number of physicians employed by All Children's Specialty Physicians by 40 to 60 over the next five years.

The Executive Director will provide administrative leadership to support the business and operational functions of All Children's Specialty Physicians. The Executive Director will collaborate with administrative and physician leaders to assure the provision of highly integrated clinical and business operations, establish positive physician relationships, and provide leadership in practice operations to optimize clinical efficiency, financial performance and quality outcomes.

All Children's Hospital is the only specialty licensed, free-standing, children's hospital on Florida's west coast and one of only two in the State. Founded in 1926, All Children's has grown into a leading pediatric referral center that is dedicated to advancing treatment, education, research and advocacy in child health. In January 2007, Child Magazine named All Children's one of the top 25 children's hospitals in North America for the fourth consecutive time.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor degree; a Master in Business or Healthcare Administration is preferred. Additional requirements include five to seven years experience in medical practice management or healthcare administration. Experience in multi-specialty group practice management or in a high-revenue generating specialty practice is preferred.
