Description: Director Of Rehabilitation

Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Department currently seeks a leader with both vision and sound management capabilities. As Rehabilitation Director, you will be accountable for:
- Developing department goals, policies and procedures, as well as methods in which to achieve objectives
- Coordinating and overseeing operations and making assessments and recommendations for improvement
- Preparing operating and capital expenditure budgets
- Hiring, supervising, mentoring and developing team personnel

Qualified candidates must have:
- Minimum of 8 years' rehabilitation experience that includes managerial responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree (Master's strongly preferred)
- Excellent team motivation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Background as a registered Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist would be an asset
