Looking for Exceptional Nurses to Join Our
Team
The RN ensures the delivery of care to guests,
is consistent with professional expectations with the
Nurse Practice Act and the missions and goals of the
organization. The nurse facilitates guest care by practicing
nursing, which is preventative, restorative and focuses
on maintenance and health promotional activities. They
may include and are not limited to counseling and teaching,
which assist the guest/family to move toward wellness,
illness resolution and may meet or be supported with
self-care needs.
Provide cardiac, intensive
and progressive care in one unit to provide a 'Universal
Bed' concept.
Requirements :
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Evidence
of on-going continuing education relevant to the area
of expertise is expected.
Experience: Prefer
minimum of two (2) years nursing experience. Minimum
of one (1) year hospital experience in an acute care
setting; preferably cardiac recovery, ICU, PACU and/or
telemetry.
Licensure: Current licensure by the
Indiana Board of Nursing Licensure and Registration
is required.
Additional Requirements: Certification
in BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS certification within
one (1) year of hire.
