Committed to providing the highest level of patient satisfaction, our 16 bed Medical ICU, will provide unique opportunities for both experienced and new graduate nurses. We are committed to a unit with outstanding teamwork and low turnover. This unit provides nurses the opportunity to work 12 hour shifts with nurse to patient ratios of 1:2 and 1:1. Join us now as we are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for both our day and night shifts to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Minimum Requirements: AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State AND ACLS certification required. (Please refer to www.ncsbn.org for complete listing of Compact States.) New Graduate nurses must successfully complete our Critical Care Course. Nurses who secure a position within this unit will be required to become certified in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy within one year of employment.
