Job Details: Experienced DON-Psychiatric Center

 
Description: Director of Nursing with 2 to 5 years clinical experience in psychiatric medicine to oversee mental health and substance abuse services.
This is a 125 bed psychiatric facility providing the highest quality mental health and substance abuse services for adults, adolescents and geriatrics.

The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall integrity of the Nursing Department and clinical issues related to nursing care delivery. The Director of Nursing has final authority and accountability for the planning development and implementation of all Nursing Care Programs in compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO and CMS corporate guidelines, policies, procedures and regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Master's Degree preferred. Current MA licensure. Five or more years clinical practice, three or more of which are in a psychiatric setting. Experience in an upper level administrative position with demonstrated leadership in program development and overall department and hospital management.
