That is why as one of our Pharmacy Managers, you will be empowered to help shape the future of the field with a team that is defining national standards. In this night shift, Monday through Friday position, you will mentor staff in a range of specialties, including cardiothoracic, general surgery, neurosurgery, pediatrics, neonatology, oncology, psychiatry, and many more. Responsible for the operational management of a sophisticated pharmacy operation during the overnight hours, you will work with an outstanding group of professionals to take a highly active role in patient care. Your expertise and leadership will be key to implementing new programs for quality improvements in pharmacy services and drug therapy. The ideal candidate will have:
* Three to five years supervisory experience in an acute care setting
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
* Broad base of knowledge in Pharmacotherapy and Pharmacokinetics
* NYS licensure, or eligibility to obtain license within 12 months
of employment
* Exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency
