McLeod
Regional Medical Center located in Florence, South
Carolina is seeking a full-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine
specialist to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine practice.
All applicants must be BC/BE in Maternal-Fetal
Medicine. McLeod is the designated Perinatal Center
(ACOG level 4) for the Pee Dee Region and provides
perinatal services and consultations to all providers
and hospitals in the region.
MRMC is the only
level 3 OB/NICU in a 12 county region that serves a
population of approximately 850,000. The 40 bed NICU
has an active neonatal and maternal transfer system
and had approximately 500 admissions last year.
The
McLeod Family Medicine Center, located on the hospital
campus, would provide teaching opportunities and assistance
with patient management. Offering a competitive salary

McLeod Regional Medical Center is a 453 bed,
tertiary care and teaching facility, as well as a referral
center. The urban population of Florence is 70,000

location is such that you can reach our capital city,
Columbia, in a little over an hour, historic Charleston
in about 2 hours, and the beaches in 1 hour. The mild
climate allows us to utilize the excellent recreational
opportunities on nearly a year-round basis.
