Requirements
include a BSN plus Texas RN licensure; ability to coordinate
process improvement on a clinical and nonclinical level
across all disciplines; a commitment to professional
development, with knowledge of basic techniques of
adult teaching/learning and the educational process;
strong skills in the analysis and interpretation of
data; excellent staff supervision and interpersonal
communication skills; ability to effectively work independently;
and proficiency with spreadsheet programs. CPHQ and
prior management or quality improvement experience
are strongly preferred.

Located
conveniently in downtown San Antonio, CHRISTUS Santa
Rosa Hospital City Centre opened in 1869 as the city's
first private hospital. We provide comprehensive care
for adults in our 400-plus-bed, acute-care facility.
City Centre also features a Level III trauma center
and an 8,000-square-foot, 24-hour emergency room. Special
services available include award-winning cardiac suites,
a comprehensive cancer program, orthopedic program,
hemodialysis access center, women's surgical unit and
nationally recognized obstetric and newborn services.
