Bayhealth is offering a $75,000 package to include a signing bonus, stipend or other incentive to offset your current educational and living expenses. Based on a highly competitive base and significant production opportunity, you can expect earning potential of $600,000 or more annually.

This opportunity will allow you to be busy immediately, meeting high demand for urology services in the Milford community due to the upcoming retirement of a highly successful urologist. Your input will be critical as Bayhealth considers the need for adding the latest technology. Practice options include practice ownership or employment by Bayhealth Medical Center.

The Medical Center has a fully equipped OR for Laparoscopy and ESWL, and weekly call is 1:5.
