The SWICFT INSTITUTE, a rapidly growing cardiovascular
specialty practice located in Naples, Florida, is recruiting
a board eligible/board certified cardiologists with
non-invasive, heart failure or electrophysiology training/experience.
Established
in 2004, the Institute is currently a highly successful
two-physician practice founded on the concept of promoting
wellness through early detection and management of
cardiovascular disease. The practice utilizes traditional
high-tech diagnostic equipment and early interventional
and pharmacologic treatment methods associated with
lifestyle changes. The Institute has a robust inpatient
and outpatient service using a newly instituted EMR
as well as ongoing basic science and clinical research

non-invasive cardiology with broad experience in cardiovascular
care and management.
Collier County, Florida
is one of the fastest growing medical communities in
the Southeastern United States. Two major hospital
systems currently serve the area: the NCH Healthcare
System (NCH) which manages Naples Community Hospital
and North Collier Hospital, and Hospital Management
Systems (HMA) with its two corporate flagship hospitals
(Physician's Regional Medical Centers). Due to its
recent growth, the Institute is relocating to a newly-built,
state-of-the-art center located in NCH's downtown campus
in early 2009. The practice has also secured a center

There is a sizable community
of high-qualified surgeons, and medical specialists
for referrals within Collier County. Very little adult
care is exported. NCH has high quality diagnostic imaging
centers with Cardiac SPECT, PET, Multisided Cardiac
CT, Cardiac MRA, and 3-D echocardiography along with
nuclear stress testing and 2-D echocardiography and
vascular imaging available in-house. The local medical
community includes sophisticated interventional cardiologists,
and electro-physiologists. NCH has a large well-recognized
cardiovascular surgical service with statewide recognition.

A competitive compensation package
