Description: Expanding established Cardiology practice adding an associate/partner due to significant demand.
Well-established cardiology practice is expanding due to significant growth in the area and patient demand. We are adding an interventional cardiologist and you can expect to be busy immediately. Our practice has an established referral network for over 25 years.

Denton, Texas is located just north of the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area and is undergoing explosive growth. There are two hospitals in Denton and one in Lewisville, 12 miles south of Denton. Denton Regional Medical Center, built in 1999, is undergoing a large expansion at this time. The Medical Center of Lewisville expanded in 2003, adding 100 additional beds. Denton Community Hospital is under renovation and slated to open in 2005.

Denton has great weather, affordable housing, excellent public and private schools. The Denton Independent School District is the second fastest growing school district in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It is a fine community in which to raise a family.

Our practice moved to new offices in 2002. Their new clinic has a patient-education auditorium and our own cardiac rehab. Current procedures offered in the office are holter, stress, echo and nuclear medicine. The office has a new GE Millennium MG dual-head nuclear camera and brand new GE Vivid Echo machine installed recently, with the echo pac review station. All equipment in the office is new and state-of-the-art. Future growth plans include continued addition of physicians as demand requires.

The offices are within walking distance of Denton Regional Medical Center where there are 3 cath labs, 2 nuclear cameras and a technologically advanced ICU and PCU. The practice's main physician has been Chief of Staff and Director of the Critical Care Department. He has been the Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab since its inception.

A competitive initial income package with a salary plus an incentive bonusformula and benefits package is offered. Partnership is considered after the second year.
