SUPERVISOR

located in Mt. Vernon, WA one hour north of Seattle
and 1-1/2 hours south of Vancouver B.C. Immediate

and the San Juan Islands to the west, as well as

The new facility and comprehensive
program along with the hospital's accomplished staff,
including 100 percent nationally certified oncology
nurses, creates a state-of-the-art center. Our Regional
Cancer Care Center is expanding this year to allow
for more patient treatment areas.
The Clinical
Supervisor will function in a leadership position
for the Oncology Staff. He/she is responsible and
accountable on a 24/7 basis for the daily clinical
and administrative operations of Oncology. This includes
clinical oversight, staffing, scheduling, counseling,
performance management, educational planning, maintenance
of budgeting staffing standards, guidance for nursing
practices, and oversight of billing and charging
practices. This position reports directly to the
Director of Oncology. Five years experience as an
RN in Oncology with demonstrated leadership experience.
Prior management experience preferred. BSN preferred.
Prefer certification in area of clinical expertise.
