Qualifications
Requirements include knowledge of basic pathophysiology and ability to function effectively in an emergency room situation. Also requires graduate accreditation from a school of nursing, CPR certification, TX RN licensure as well as strong communication skills. Aptitude to function as a charge nurse may be necessary.
