Phoenix Physicians seeks BC/BP EM physicians dedicated and committed to providing quality emergency medical care to the residents of the tri-county area - Lake, Sumter and south Marion counties. A competitive compensation model has just been adopted at two sister Emergency Departments to reward physicians for the work they do. Located 40 miles northwest of Orlando, Leesburg Regional Medical Center treats 42,000 ED patients annually and has a 4-bed Fast Track. Enjoy practicing in an accredited Stroke Center with 34 ED treatment areas including 4 cardiac/trauma beds and 20 monitored beds. Sister facility, The Villages Regional Hospital, located northwest of Leesburg and surrounded by numerous championship golf courses, has a 27,000 volume ED with 13 beds. Located amongst the Harris Chain of Lakes in the heart of the Florida peninsula, this area offers a leisurely lifestyle and a spectacular backdrop for small town living at its finest!
