Carle Clinic Association is currently seeking
an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Geriatric
department.
Carle Clinic Association is a 330-physician
multispecialty group practice that is the largest outpatient
treatment center in Illinois. With 13 branch clinics,
Carle services approximately 1.5 million residents
in 32 counties in Central Illinois and Western Indiana.
Additional details regarding the practice include:
Join four physicians and two Advanced Practice
staff in this established practice
Ideal candidate
will have a minimum of two years experience in Geriatrics
Duties will include seeing patients in the clinic (up
to four half-days per week) and rounding on and managing
patients (assessing and treating acute illness) in
nursing home facilities
Round with the physicians;
cover patient population by pager when not on site

under 3 hours from Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis.
