Swedish Home Care Services in Seattle, Washington, provides exceptional hospice care and assistance in the home for patients coping with an illness, recovering from a surgery, or simply trying to manage the aging process. Our program is staffed by an experienced team of nurses and health care professionals and is backed by Swedish's full range of medical services. Swedish is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Supervisor for our Home Care Services! Working closely with the HCS Director and/or Manager, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations and direct supervision of staff to ensure excellence in clinical care and customer service to patients and their families. Assists Managers and Directors to develop and promote the strategic initiatives of Swedish Home Care Services. Acts as a clinical resource for patient care management while maintaining current clinical skills. Qualified candidates must possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current Washington state RN license, and valid driver's license; Master's degree in health related field preferred. Experience in lead roles with progressive skills leading to supervisory abilities is essential. Two years of Home Care experience required. Must have demonstrated ability to deal with high levels of stress when working with families in crisis along with strong problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to teach health information and technical use of equipment, utilizing a variety of teaching styles.
