Position Profile

The Director of Surgical Services reports to the Vice President of Patient Care Services and oversees 16 FTEs, including a patient care coordinator. This position will collaborate with a highly experienced staff to manage the day-to-day operations of this growing, four-suite OR, including oversight for the GI suite, as well as pre-op, PACU, and central sterile.

Qualified candidates will be passionate about achieving nursing and patient care excellence, demonstrate exceptional clinical and operations understanding, display solid critical thinking skills, have prior team building experience, and exhibit excellent physician relationship management skills.
