Charlotte Eye Ear Nose and Throat Associates,
PA (CEENTA), a physician-owned organization and largest
provider of eye, ear, nose and throat services in the
Charlotte, NC area, is seeking an experienced CEO to
replace its current CEO who is retiring.
CEENTA is a $60 million practice providing over 400,000 patient encounters annually. The Chief Executive Officer position will implement CEENTA's long-range strategic plan for continued growth and success to ensure its medical independence. This position offers a very competitive base salary, benefit package and performance bonus. Qualifications and skills for the successful CEO candidate include but are not limited to an MBA degree; three plus years' experience as Administrator/CEO of a comparable multi-doctor, multi-location practice; and strong financial management, leadership, planning and communication skills. CEENTA currently has over 400 employees and 61 providers including the specialty services of ophthalmology and otolaryngology and subspecialty services of pediatric Eye and ENT, head and neck oncology, otology, voice lab, sleep lab, cornea and external diseases, glaucoma, Lasik/PRK, Vitreoretinal diseases and surgery/diabetic eye disease, optometry, physician assistants, nurse practitioner, audiologists, and opticians. CEENTA has 13 locations and boasts a large established referral base and a hugely successful in-house contract research organization. In addition, CEENTA manages an onsite state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center. With the breadth and depth of medical care services offered by CEENTA, this is an excellent opportunity for continued practice growth and development. Charlotte is two hours east of the Appalachian Mountains and 3 hours west of the North Carolina beaches and is nationally known for the strength of its businesses and healthcare communities with wide-ranging educational and recreational opportunities.
