Job Details: Dental Assistant - ACC

Under general supervision, provide dental chair side assisting in all aspects of dentistry. Take impressions and x-rays; fabricate temporaries and dental crowns, polish teeth, set up dental operatory, sterilize instruments, assists with project management, patient scheduling and billing processing. Process ordering of dental supplies and monitor par levels. Take and print intra-oral photos and duplicate X-ray films. Assist with inpatient OR dental procedures as needed. Detail oriented to assist with file maintenance and follow up on various issues; good communication skills, both verbal and written. This is a FULL TIME position. Hours: 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m.

Requirements/Experience:
RDA with 25 units CE every 2 years. RDA, CA license, X-ray certificate, Coronal certification and current CPR. Pouring cast, fabricate temporaries, taking X-ray, dental billing, sterilization of dental instruments.

Physical Demands:
Sitting, walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Exposure to normal office noise.
