Hours: Flexible - Weekdays and Weekends (0800-1600), Evenings (1800-2300)

There are vacancies for casual Physiotherapists to provide physiotherapy services on a variety of different services. Weekend coverage includes all medical and surgical patient care units at all three sites. Physiotherapy evening coverage is also provided for patients with acute respiratory conditions predominately within the Acute Care Trauma Unit, Critical Care Trauma Centre and the Chest Diseases Unit at Victoria Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Baccalaureate or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy

Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

Current membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association preferred

Current BCLS certification

Clinical experience in acute care preferred

Proven problem solving and decision making ability

Demonstrated ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team as well as the ability to function independently

Demonstrated commitment to continuing education

Strongly developed spirit of inquiry

Ability to respond positively to change

Demonstrated excellent attendance
